Description; The Eagle Creek Dam, a 75ft tall and 5,100ft long earthen and concrete dam, is one of the largest in Indiana. Built in 1969, the dam controls the regulation of water in the Eagle Creek Reservoir, it is a critical component of the health of the Eagle Creek Park, the largest park in Indianapolis. Ottenweller Contracting was honored to participate in the repair and improvements that were needed. This included earthwork, structural repair, mechanical and electrical improvements. With Ottenwellers help, this incredible dam will continue to be a sight to behold for many years to come.
